Love your site! Lots of good info!

Interesting info re tomatoes and arthritis. Is it the acid that does this? Are there other foods that interfere with arthritis?

P.S. Link for “Healing with Whole Foods” didn’t work.

It is because Tomatoes contain solanine which is a calcium inhibitor. Other members of the Nightshade family also contain solanine - they are eggplant, bell pepers and potatoes.
