Are you looking for a GREAT TASTING sugar free receipe? I made one this past weekend. Here it is:

  • Apricot Pineapple
  • 5 Cups crushed Apricots (pits removed, unpealed)
  • 1 20oz can of crushed Pineapple
  • 1/4 cup squeezed lemon juice
  • sugar free pectin
  • 1 large container of

Put the Apricots, Pineapple, and lemon juice together in a large pot. Add the sugar free pectin (if sugar free pectin is not available use the regular pectin but use 1 and a half packages). Bring to a boil. Add the and bring to a rolling boil - time for four min. Pour into prepared jars.

This makes a very tart deliteful tasting .

You will have to let me know how you like your when you make it.

By using instead of sugar this is a that is safe for people to consume in moderation. The Agave has no insulin reaction in the blood so levels will not rise.
