The New 5 Step Fitness Mantra

I liked the concepts inTotal Activation: The New 5 Step Fitness Mantra because it takes into consideration that fitness is more than just exercise and healthy eating.  Fitness encompasses:

  1. Emotional Activation
  2. Physical Activation
  3. Social Activation
  4. Intellectual Activation

Without all of these areas being “on tract” then life is out of balance.  Each area needs attention or is not attainable.

The book lays out a 30 day plan to get your life in balance in all 5 of these areas.  I am starting my 30 day plan today - lets see what happens!

The concepts are sound and work. The piece that made a big difference for me was finding out about polarity therapy and energy work. Until I had my energy patterns cleared and aligned, the rest was much more difficult.

It’s interesting how Wealth is the intersection of Wellness and Health. WIthout these, it’s hard to be prosperous.
